■Customers who are using PC mail(free mail)
We have heard that a lot of people who are using PC mail (free mail) were not able receive the temporarily registered confirmation e-mail.
Possible reasons are because of the typing error of email address, reception settings, or our mail was sent to the spam folder.
We are very sorry to bother you, but could you check your spam mail folder once?
Even if you check the spam email folder and cannot find our confirmation mail, check your mail settings so that your email can receive domain email of @worldstage.jp and please register your new account again without any typographical error.
