Maintenance of facilities.Inspection of facilities.Improvement of facilities.Operation management.
・Vending Machine services position
Improve profitability and user satisfaction by installing environmentally friendly machines with the best product lineup to match the needs of customers. Propose well coordinated spaces with furniture,plants, and other peripheral items to suit customers's needs in everything from break rooms to relaxation corners in shopping centers.
・Materials/Supplies Sourcing Services position
Analyze customer's purchasing procedures, and plan a sourcing strategy and offer support.Change materials and specifications to develop environmentally friendly products while keeping costs low. Delivery and inventory management.
・設備管理
設備の保守、点検、整備、運転管理。
・資材関連
お客さまの購買状況を分析し、ソーシング戦略の立案・支援を行います。コストを抑えつつ環境に配慮した商品を開発していきます。入出荷・在庫管理等。
・自動販売機等の担当
お客さまのニーズに合わせた最適な品揃えと環境に配慮した自動販売機の設置を提案。リフレッシュコーナーやショッピングセンターの休憩スペースなど、ニーズに合わせて周辺関連用品をコーディネートしたスペースの活用をご提案します。 |
